The Meteor Crater

The Meteor Crater is about a mile across and 500ft deep. You can hike the rim if you want. It was windy the day we visited with gust up to 100 mph. I think this is not uncommon here. There is a visitors center as well. We went to mass in Sedona, played for 2 hours at Slide Rock and visited the Meteor Crator all on the way from Sedona to Winsolow.
